It is located on one of the main streets of Thessaloniki. It is tangent to the main street. There are usually middle-income people in the immediate vicinity, there are shops and expensive shops.
Different typologies have been created according to the user profiles. The resulting typologies have become units. These units are positioned in different combinations to give the facade dynamism.
The tram on the main street keeps the traffic and commercial axis alive on the main street. The streets facing the other 3 facades of the land are open to one-way traffic. They are quieter than the main street.
